Yo, check this out. GODMODE is fast becoming one my favourite labels, and this is their new release, Sugar. Producer Negative Supply brings some dirtiness on these two tracks; this is late night, 4am, head clanging stuff. The title track, is a dark piece of grooving techno. Atmospheric sonics rush in and out the mix, bouncy synths patterns move it along and head bopping drums tie it all together. Great stuff. The second track, Ululation, is its own namesake. A warping bassline creeps with you throughout, allowing ululating (I told you so) vocal samples to wash over the techno drum patterns. Really cool.
