Jordan Rakei quickly became one of my favourite all round artists after hearing his Groove Curse tape; I then saw him open for NAO @ Heaven in London, and he didn’t disappoint. This track is gorgeous; the layers of elements in this tune, is exceptional. Fast pace jazz drums, whirling electric pianos and his voice just takes everything to the next level. There are references of jazz, soul, afro-beat and R&B. Pure eclectic. This sounds like a classic already, great work. Buy it HERE.
