SERI-XCIII

There’s so many great songs coming out of Copenhagen at the moment, and this is one of them. Varius are an electronic trio, who recently released their EP, 9th Floor via label Sound of Copenhagen. The whole EP is a delight, but this is my favourite track. An awesome combination of 808 pops, afrobeat style drum patterns, slick claps and spacey reversed synths. Completely rhythmic – it’s hard not to have a little boogie to it. Nice, nice, nice!
